2. What data I collect

I only collect the data you choose to send me:

• Through the contact form: your name, email address and message.

• By email: your email address and anything you include in your message.

I don't ask for sensitive data. Please don't include any in your messages.

3. Why I use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and, if we work together, manage our professional relationship. I won't send you newsletters or advertising unless you explicitly ask for it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you contact me, and the steps needed before signing a contract with you (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

5. How long I keep it

Only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If we work together, for the time required by tax and accounting law. After that, it is deleted.

6. Who has access

I don't sell or share your data with third parties. Some service providers process it on my behalf to keep this site running: Framer (website hosting and contact form) and Hostinger (email). Some of these providers may store data outside the EU, under the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or transfer it, by writing to hola@peretinoco.com. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may use strictly necessary technical cookies so the website works properly. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested where required.
